1) Chips: ASML — manufacturing is constrained; hyperscalers will face capacity shortages.
2) Energy: orbital data centres are being considered; chip+model co‑design improves energy efficiency.
3) Data: autonomy demands real-world telemetry — simulations don’t close the gap.
4) Architectures & trust: EBMs were discussed as an alternative to LLMs, plus agents and fine‑grained rights governance.

Why it matters: hardware, energy and data set the practical limits of AI deployment.
