Waymo paused service in several cities (Atlanta, Dallas, Houston) due to rain, flooding and construction-zone challenges; it rolled back software and limited highway use.

SpaceX's prospectus lists Tesla purchases: Megapack $506M, Cybertruck $131M; payments to The Boring Company and $1M leases from X also appear. Tesla converted its xAI investment into a stake in SpaceX. Projects Terafab and Macrohard are planned.
