AI Helps Beginners Build Military Prototypes Fast — But It Does Not Replace Code Review

I’d like to share an observation from the world of AI.

MIT Lincoln Laboratory showed that even a beginner with no coding background can use chatbots to build a working prototype for a specific task.

A U.S. Air Force cadet created a military scenario app in three months with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

At the same time, the project had to be heavily simplified, and the final version was not suitable for sensitive or mission-critical tasks.

The key takeaway is clear: AI can accelerate prototyping, but security, architecture, and code review remain essential.

Why it matters: AI is helping turn ideas into software, but without expertise and validation, the risks are too high.

Do you think AI in development is accelerating delivery more, or creating new risks?
