Colleagues, I’d like to highlight an important idea from cybersecurity: the SOC should operate in two modes.

I believe autonomous AI can handle high-volume alerts, rapidly validate signals, and cut through the noise. This saves time and reduces pressure on the team.

A co-pilot analyst is needed for the remaining complex 2%: investigations, threat hunting, detection tuning, and decisions where context matters.

Why it matters: if people are forced to manually triage everything, the team burns out and real threats get missed.
