Google renames its AI product again: NotebookLM becomes Gemini Notebook

I’d like to share an update from the AI and Google product space.

The company is renaming NotebookLM to Gemini Notebook, further aligning its AI services under the Gemini brand.

What’s changing:
- code execution for more interactive data analysis;
- each notebook becomes a separate secure container;
- the update is already available to Google AI Ultra and selected Workspace customers, while Pro users will receive it later.

It is also worth noting that the product has already grown to 30 million users and 600,000 organizations.

Why it matters: Google is making its AI tool not only smarter, but also more useful for practical data work.
