N-hour is near: why cyber resilience is about more than patch speed

Colleagues, I’d like to highlight a key trend in cybersecurity: AI is already compressing the path from patch to working exploit from weeks to hours.

I see an important shift:
• a patch itself can reveal where the vulnerability was;
• faster updates no longer guarantee protection;
• the key question now is whether a specific flaw is truly exploitable in your environment.

I believe the focus should be on exploitability validation, control testing, and a closed loop: verify, decide, remediate, re-verify.

Why it matters: what protects you is not a patch report, but the actual resilience of your infrastructure.
