I noticed how DevMan is building out its RaaS model through a unified portal: payload assembly, victim management, support, and partner payouts.

In version v3, they added incident-lifecycle structure, team roles, deadline tracking, revenue fields, and shared access.

It is also notable that the group targets infrastructure outside CIS and Serbia and even mentions a dedicated encryptor for SCADA systems.

Why this matters: such platforms make attacks scalable, while defense hinges on MFA, VPN access control, and secret rotation.
