Microsoft unveils AI for cyber defense: MAI-Cyber-1-Flash and Perception

Microsoft has introduced MAI-Cyber-1-Flash — its first AI model for identifying vulnerabilities in complex code. The model works with MDASH and helps detect and fix software issues.

The company also unveiled Perception — a platform that uses red, blue, and green teams to simulate attacks, find bugs, and automate remediation.

Microsoft is betting on AI-powered defense against AI-driven threats. Early access is expected from November 3.
