NVIDIA, together with 36 organizations, has announced the Open Secure AI Alliance — an initiative focused on an open stack for securing AI agents and software.

Key points:
- the alliance prioritizes models and tools that can be inspected, modified, and run in-house;
- its first technical contribution is NOOA, a framework for testing, tracing, auditing, and governing agent behavior;
- NVIDIA notes that NOOA is not a security boundary; execution still requires an OS-level sandbox.
