Lovable confirms $400M Series C at a $13.3 billion valuation

Lovable confirms $400M Series C at a $13.3 billion valuation

Lovable has confirmed a $400 million Series C financing at a $13.3 billion valuation. Menlo Ventures and the Scaleup Europe Fund led the round, with more than a dozen additional investors participating. The European vibe-coding startup said the funding follows its report of reaching $500 million in annualized run-rate revenue in June.

The new valuation is roughly double the $6.6 billion level attached to Lovable’s $330 million round announced in December. Menlo Ventures also led that financing, while CapitalG was co-lead. The latest announcement turns market reports about a new raise into a confirmed transaction.

Scale brings more demanding infrastructure requirements

Lovable says it now hosts 60 million projects that collectively attract 900 million monthly visitors. That growth has increased both the scale and sophistication of the company’s backend requirements, linking the fundraising story to the operational demands of running an AI-assisted software creation platform.

The product portfolio includes an AI model trained in-house, as well as access to the usual frontier-model options. This combination gives Lovable its own model capability while retaining the ability to offer users a range of external frontier models.

In June, the company also signed a multiyear agreement with Google Cloud. Lovable described the deal as a fivefold increase in its usage, underscoring how rapidly expanding project and visitor volumes can translate into larger cloud commitments.

A larger financing round after rapid commercial growth

The funding arrives after the company’s revenue and platform metrics accelerated. In the context of Lovable valuation signals for vibe coding, the confirmed $13.3 billion valuation shows that the financing was completed at the level that had been reported, alongside a $400 million capital injection.

Lovable has also invested in other European startups, including Danish company Atech, which is developing vibe-coding software for designing technology hardware. That investment activity sits alongside Lovable’s efforts to expand its own platform and infrastructure.

For businesses evaluating AI-assisted development tools, Lovable’s announcement is a practical reminder to examine more than code-generation features: project volume, model options, cloud reliance and the operational controls needed as usage expands should all form part of the assessment.
