RichAnanas

RichAnanas is a B2B SaaS operations studio for Ananas marketplace sellers: catalogue, product cards, images, prices, stock, orders and API workflows in one workspace.

RichAnanas helps sellers operate more professionally: the catalogue becomes structured, content quality improves and operations are visible through statuses and workflows.

What RichAnanas says about VMTech expertise

RichAnanas demonstrates experience in building business systems where user interface, data model, content and integrations must work together. It is not just an admin panel, but a workspace for daily marketplace operations.

The project is a strong example of turning a complex operational process into a clear tool for teams that need to manage selling quickly, accurately and professionally.

VMTech DOO Beograd has passed the Ananas certification for integrators, and RichAnanas is used to automate seller operations.

Operational problem

Marketplace selling quickly becomes operationally heavy: products, images, descriptions, variants, prices, stock and orders must stay aligned. When this is handled through disconnected files and manual steps, card quality and execution speed decline.

  • the catalogue needs structure and readiness checks;

  • images and rich content require a controlled workflow;

  • operations need statuses, history and synchronization visibility.

Operations cockpit

VMTech designed RichAnanas as an operations cockpit for professional sellers. The platform brings catalogue work, content, media and marketplace operations into a single B2B SaaS environment.

  • product, attribute and variant management;

  • AI-assisted content with editorial control;

  • image processing and rich content preparation;

  • prices, stock, orders, import/export and API statuses.

Who this is for

The connection method follows wherever the seller already keeps products, prices and stock.

A WordPress / WooCommerce store

Catalog, prices, stock and promotions reach Ananas straight from the existing store through the RichAnanas Connector plugin. No separate system to set up.

A catalog delivered as an XML/YML feed

A dynamic URL or an uploaded file: feed fields are mapped onto Studio fields and the items are linked to the active store's products.

An in-house ERP, CRM, PIM or accounting system

The exchange is configured through the RichAnanas API, around whichever system already owns catalog, prices and stock.

A single place to work from

RichAnanas Studio: catalog, media, prices, stock, promotions, orders and synchronisation status in one interface.

What gets synchronised

The data kept aligned between the seller's system and the marketplace.

Products and catalog

Names, descriptions, images, categories, attributes and variations.

Base prices

The product's base price reaches Ananas through a bulk update or on a schedule.

Stock levels

Stock is refreshed from the store or from the seller's own system.

Promotions

Dated promotional prices: creation, update and cancellation.

Status and results

Connection state, job queues, operation results and readable logs.

RichAnanas Connector for WordPress / WooCommerce

RichAnanas Connector is a WordPress plugin that links a WooCommerce store to RichAnanas Studio and the Ananas marketplace. It is not a product editor: listing decisions, Ananas credentials and synchronisation logic stay in Studio, and the store gets a secure bridge to it. In a standard setup the store owner can complete the connection without involving a developer.

Connect with a token

Create a Plugin Token in Studio, paste it on the connection screen in WordPress — the link is live.

Catalog in both directions

Data prepared in RichAnanas flows into WooCommerce; names, descriptions, images, categories, attributes, prices and stock stay aligned.

Stock, prices and promotions

A one-off bulk update, or a safe schedule for stock, base prices and promotions.

Status and logs inside WordPress

Connection state, plan status and readable logs are visible right in the store admin.

XML/YML, API and external systems

Without a WooCommerce store, products reach RichAnanas another way.

XML/YML feed

A public HTTPS URL or an uploaded file. Feed fields are mapped onto Studio fields and the items are linked to store products.

RichAnanas API

A programmatic exchange for systems that already own catalog, prices and stock.

ERP, PIM and in-house systems

We review the existing data model and pick the connection method that fits it.
